Roof Restoration & Lead Repairs

Natural slate roofs, lead flashings and gutters, cast rainwater goods and traditional roof detailing.

Nothing destroys a historic building faster than water. Roof restoration is the single most valuable conservation investment most owners can make. We re-slate in matched natural slate, form lead in traditional codes and details, and reinstate cast rainwater systems that actually clear the water they were designed for.

What this includes

  • Natural slate stripping, sorting and re-slating
  • Matched salvaged and new Welsh, Killaloe and Bangor slate
  • Code 5–8 lead flashings, gutters, valleys and parapet linings
  • Cast iron and cast aluminium rainwater goods
  • Ridge, hip and verge detailing in traditional materials
  • Church roofs, towers, spires and steeples
  • Timber structure repair and splice repairs
